Our services

Commissioning, Maintenance and Repair

After we have developed, together with our customer, an appropriate manufacturing solution specifying machine and automation units, our Technical Service Department would start to follow up the project. Our technical service staff is not only responsible for machines to be installed and commissioned in due time but also for briefing and training customers how to operate our machines. Moreover, they provide technical advice and support after a project has been completed. Our service engineers can be quickly on site when repair is needed. Spare parts stored in our central warehouse located in Krefeld can be provided within less than 24 hours.

Online Diagnostics and troubleshooting

For us, it is a matter of course that we immediately respond to all malfunction notifications about our machines and peripheral equipment. In many cases, malfunctions can be remedied online, i.e.  via remote diagnosis. The machine operator would describe the error message displayed on the machine, then our service engineer would make a diagnosis according to the machine data and functions retrieved on screen instructing the operator how to troubleshoot.


To fully exploit the potential of a machine, customers can take advantage of training on site or in our technology centre. Training includes working through all functions – ranging from data input for single-part machining, transfer of complete manufacturing programmes, use of special functions and response to error messages.
